I offer a range of services tailored to the needs of children at different developmental stages. My services include education consulting, early intervention, and behavioral consulting. All services are conducted in-home or virtual.
As a Behavior Analyst at Behavior Interventions Inc. in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, from September 2018 to January 2022, I conducted Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) for children aged 3-6, identifying underlying functions of challenging behaviors and developing effective behavior support plans. My role extended beyond assessments; I successfully administered behavior and instructional plans within pre-k and elementary school settings, ensuring appropriate and individualized interventions for each child. Utilizing evidence-based strategies such as naturalistic environment teaching, functional communication training, and discrete trial training, I directly provided behavior analytic services to children aged 3-6. My commitment to comprehensive care involved providing training to parents, behavior technicians, teachers, and IEP team members on best practices in applied behavior analysis, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
A strong advocate for data-driven decision-making, I collected, graphed, and analyzed data on individualized behavior programs. This process allowed for continuous monitoring of progress, ensuring that interventions were consistently effective. I also conducted thorough observations of behavior technicians, ensuring treatment fidelity and providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Prior to my work at Behavior Interventions Inc., I served as a Lead Teacher at Beginnings Learning Center in Philadelphia from August 2016 to August 2017. In this role, I developed engaging lesson plans, assisted children with personal care tasks, and organized diverse activities to foster early cognitive and academic development. My caring and nurturing approach created a positive and stimulating atmosphere that encouraged curiosity, exploration, and social interaction.
My dedication to community engagement is evident from my role as a Program Coordinator at the Lindy Center for Civic Engagement in Philadelphia from September 2012 to June 2016. Here, I developed and organized a comprehensive mentoring program curriculum for middle school students, fostering academic, social, and personal growth. I led the hiring process, ensuring a qualified and dedicated team of mentors, and demonstrated strong leadership throughout the program's development and implementation.
